SLAYER’s TOM ARAYA’s Unseen Photo Disclosed By Original Metallica Bassist

The world-known thrash metal band Slayer bassist and vocalist Tom Araya’s never-seen-before photo has been disclosed by the original Metallica bassist Ron McGovney through his official Twitter page.

Ron McGovney, the American semi-retired musician, was appeared with the heavy metal band Metallica in the band’s first days. He started his career with Metallica in October 1981 and concluded it in December 1982. These days, he updates his social platforms to take Metallica fans to the band’s golden days.

This time, the original Metallica bassist has appeared to mention his story with Slayer legend Tom Araya and disclosed one of the golden photos of him. The photo was taken in California in 1984. They both looked happy.

“Here’s an old photo of Tom Araya of Slayer and me at my condo in Norwalk, California in 1984,” Ron wrote in the caption of the photo he sent.

Also, under the social media post, the former Metallica bassist was told by a fan that he didn’t even know if Slayer came from Norwalk. He replied by saying, “They only lived in Bell Gardens….”
