As you may remember, three of Metallica members, Lars Ulrich, Kirk Hammett, Robert Trujillo, published a shocking statement on September 28th and announced that the band’s legend, James Hetfield, entered rehab due to alcohol issues. Luckily, James Hetfield finished his rehab in 4 months and back to the fold at the end of January.
However, recently, Metallica posted a mini-video through its official social media platforms and showed once again that they will help people via their All Within My Hands foundation. In the video, James Hetfield was talking about the issue and informing people about the job they will do.
Speaking about the issue, Metallica wrote a piece of words to describe the incident and motivated people by thanking them for their extremely important contributions. They also added at the end of the letter that the special benefit will be beginning at 2 PM PST on Saturday, November 14.
“James talks about the motivation behind the @allwithinmyhandsfoundation’s Metallica Scholars program. We strongly believe that dedicated members of all industries, not just the ones society tends to focus on, deserve respect and admiration. It is our honor to assist these students as they work toward establishing sustainable careers. We see your passion and we thank you for your extremely important contributions. #HelpingHands2020 #MetallicaGivesBack
The Helping Hands Concert & Auction is an acoustic show benefitting #AWMH, beginning at 2 PM PST on Saturday, November 14. All proceeds from ticket sales will help communities in need, including the funding of the #MetallicaScholars program.”
Under Metallica‘s social media post, fans wrote as a comment that they missed to see James Hetfield on stage once again.
