During a conversation, the successful singer was asked what is his favorite non-Exodus thrash metal song. In addition to it, he was also specially asked what is his favorite Iron Maiden song.

When the interviewer asked, “What is your favorite non-Exodus thrash song and what is your favorite Iron Maiden song?”, he replied:

“That would be ‘South of Heaven,’ always has been. I love ‘South of Heaven,’ I just think the way it starts out and the minute you hear it, it’s like, ‘Oh, shit, the world’s coming to an end.’

“Maiden, probably ‘Murders in the Rue Morgue,’ I love that song a lot. I like everything off of ‘Killers,’ and that’s not to say that I don’t like that Bruce Dickinson, you just asked me my favorite song, and it would be ‘Murders in the Rue Morgue.’

“It’s really fast, really heavy, the vocals are fired off, and I like the riffs.”
