Megadeth’s David Ellefson Makes Exciting Announcements

Current heavy metal veterans Megadeth bassist David Ellefson and his former bandmate Chris Poland, who played lead guitar with Megadeth on the band’s first two albums, will play together in the period from mid-May to the end.

“Australia!! Heading your way in May! VIP packages will be available each show. Who’s coming out,” David Ellefson wrote for Australia.

“Japan!! We’re heading your way in May. ELLEFSON ‘Sleeping Giants’ and Chris Poland ‘Return To Metalopolis’ both being released in Asia on Combat Records via Ward Records in March,” David Ellefson wrote for Japan.

The 2-date Japan shows will kick off at Trad in Osaka on May 17 and conclude at Liquid Room in Tokyo on May 18.

Also, 5-date Australia shows will kick off at Max Watts in Melbourne on May 22 and conclude at Enigma Bar in Adelaide on May 26.
