KISS Guitarist Paul Stanley On Little Richard: “Superstar”

KISS guitarist Paul Stanley has just sent a new tweet for the legendary rocker Little Richard, who died at the age of 87 due to cancer, and paid his tribute to him with a special letter he shared.

In the tweet, there was a rare photo including Richard Wayne Penniman, best known as Little Richard. In addition to 87-aged rock legend, whole KISS members Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, Eric Singer, and Tommy Thayer were in the photo. The photo was taken during KISS backstage moment.

Paul Stanley described the legend as the superstar. He added the following letter for the Little Richard: “LITTLE RICHARD Is A Cornerstone In The Very Foundation Of Rock & Roll. An Icon. A Songwriter And Performer With A Personality To Match. RIP Superstar.”

The legendary artist, who described himself as the “architect of Rock n’ Roll,” proved himself to the world of rock music and the whole world with the important works he made until the 1970s. Little Richard was ranked 8th in the list of “100 Immortals of Rock & Roll”, which created by Rolling Stone in 2005.
