Black Star Riders guitarist Scott Gorham recently interviewed with In The Basement With Jesse Bruce of Grand Haven, Michigan radio station 93.1 WMPA about the band’s new album, ‘Another State Of Grace‘. He said that he really believe this is the best album that they’ve done to date.

Scott says the following on a question about the new album: “We’ve got two new guys in the band right now, Chad Szeliga on drums and Christian Martucci on guitar. Whenever that happens, whenever you bring in new and talented blood into any situation, there’s always going to be some resurgence in some corner of whatever you’re doing. We got new blood in the band. I think you can hear that in the end result in ‘Another State Of Grace’. I really believe this is the best album that we’ve done to date.”

Also, MisplacedStrawsJeff Gaudiosi recently interviewed with Gorham and asked him if he ever thinks about Thin Lizzy‘s place in the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame. Scott said that he don’t even know what it takes to get into the Hall of Fame. “I mean, do you get voted in or something? I have no idea.” he adds.

Black Star Riders’ Another State Of Grace was released on September 6.
