Alice Cooper’s Nita Strauss Names Her ‘Rock Queen’
Recently, the American heavy metal band Twisted Sister singer Dee Snider sent a music video for the legendary musicians Nita Strauss and Lita Ford and posted Ramatam’s Downrange Party for them.
After Dee Snider’s tweet, Nita Strauss responded to him and thanked him for tagging her to the video. Meanwhile, in the response she sent, Nita touched Lita Ford and described her as a ‘rock queen.’
When Dee Snider write, “This is April Lawton shredding! At the forefront of metal she was way ahead of her time! Ramatam – Downrange Party – 1973 @hurricanenita @litaford,” Nita Strauss replied:
“Thank you for tagging me in this video!! A true rock queen!!!! I’m glad I know her now!!”
After Nita’s tweet, Dee Snider saw that and touched Alice Cooper and his crew: “Send my love to the entire Alice Cooper crew! I’ll never forget that show in Switzerland last summer!”
Nita answered Dee’s latest comment and wrote: “That show was SO EPIC!!!! So glad we all got to share that moment!!”
