American heavy metal band Metallica recently announced that their bassist Robert Trujillo will be throwing down at the Sick Bastard Social Club Festival tomorrow (November 17) with Infectious Grooves featuring Mike Muir & Dean Pleasants, Brooks Wackerman, and Jim Martin.
“To be able to attend the gig and help those in need for this Christmas, all fans only need to present the Sick Bastard Charity Ticket and donate 1 kilo of non-perishable food on the day of the event,” the statement Metallica wrote. “Visit SickBastard to download the ticket & present it on the day of the show with your donation that will be destined for the Christmas Without Hunger 2019 campaign!”
The festival will take place in São Paulo.
Also, Metallica’s Kirk Hammett and Robert Trujillo will attend the Play It Loud: The Instruments of Rock & Roll exhibit on November 21 in Cleveland. The exhibit features instruments played by Metallica, Kurt Cobain, the Beatles, the Rolling Stones and more.
