Original Bassist Clears Air About One Of The Most Curious Issues About Metallica

Former and original Metallica bassist Ron McGovney, who was appeared with the band from October 1981 to December 1982, took to his official Twitter page to finish rumors about one of the most curious issues about Metallica.

According to the American semi-retired guitarist, people have been asking the same question to him about Metallica’s audition and he is tired from the questions. He responded to all those questions with his recent tweet and cleared the air.

When people asked him who sang vocals when Metallica played at his time, Ron McGovney replied, “I’ve been getting a lot of questions about who sang vocals when we played live when I was in Metallica. James Hetfield. That’s it. Dave Mustaine did talk in between songs because his guitar wouldn’t stay in tune. Dave sang backup vocals on Killing Time. That’s it.”
