The American heavy metal band Motley Crue‘s drummer Tommy Lee‘s wife Brittany Furlan Lee has just sent a photo while she squeezes her muscles through her social media account, and stated that she has started to workout to improve her mental/physical health. She also added that she forced herself to go to the GYM with the help of her husband Tommy Lee, although she felt awful when she woke up today.

“I hate long Instagram captions, but I wanted to share this.

I just started working out 4 days a week to improve my mental/physical health per my doctor Afshine Emrani. And even in the short time I’ve been doing it, I can see major improvement on my mood on the days I have workouts.

Well, I woke up today not wanting to workout, I felt like shit and was full of anxiety and stress. Normally I would just go back to bed and try to sleep my mood away, but today (with the help of my husband) I pushed myself to get up and get into the gym. And GUESS WHAT- Afterwards I felt 80% better.

Here’s the thing- sometimes you just have to fight through it, don’t succumb to your anxieties and stress, work through them. (I know this is easier said than done and in the process it might suck but after you will feel so much better).

My trainer Joshua James said today- ‘Movement is medicine’ and that really struck a chord.

Here’s to a happy/healthy 2020.”
